• Can I get a sample before placing the order?

  No, we do not provide samples for any of our research consulting or writing services. However, in case you are looking for samples regarding the editing or proofreading services for language and errors, we can provide the sample work for that.

• What is the order procedure?

  To get your order placed, go to our request quote panel and fill your service specifications. Our team will get back to you and guide you further with the details and order placement process.

• How long does it take for you to write a PhD thesis?

  It depends on the topic, subject and complexity of work and data availability. It is pertinent to note that our service requires the research scholar to contribute in research and we do not deliver ready to use writing work. Typically for a 100 page PhD thesis to be discussed and written it needs about three months. However, in case of urgency, we can provide a faster delivery.

• Who should I talk to regarding my requirements?

  Once you leave a contact enquiry or quote requirement on our panel, our team will get back to you. Then you can talk about your specific requirements and research requirements.

• Will you explain the procedure and strategy to me before placing the order?

  Yes, we do give a brief before proceeding with the service. According to your requirements, our experts will come up with the plan and will share it with you. You can make suggestions (if any) and provide your confirmations to go ahead with that plan.

• Is there a package which offers discounted rates too?

  We have different packages for different requirements which you can check on our place order page. We provide discounts on payments depending on how you choose to pay. If you want to make the payment all at once, then we provide discounts. However, if you want to split the entire amount in two or opt to pay chapter by chapter, then there is no discount.

Work Quality

• Does your work quality guarantee research proposal or synopsis approval?

  There is a chance that the synopsis gets rejected in the first go depending on the gap between the university’s expectation and the research scope. However, in case the synopsis gets rejected, we provide free modification as per the corrections suggested in order to get acceptance in the next submission.

• What if I am not satisfied with the quality?

  In case you are not satisfied with the work, you can explain the reasons and points which you want to be reconsidered or added in the services. Our team will then work on those areas to provide you with a detailed report of how we have catered to the points of concern shared by you.

• What are the key terms for revisions?

  In case the work developed in consultation with our team gets rejected, we provide free and unlimited revisions. However, the key term in the revision policy is that the topic of the study and research objectives should not change. If they change, it shall be treated as a new work and revisions shall not be possible.

• Which all softwares can your team work on?

  We only use the updated versions of softwares like SPSS, SAS, AMOS, EViews, NS2, Ansys, Nvivo, Atlas.Ti, Stata, Matlab, Java, Python, NS3, MS Excel and so on.

• What if I have some ideas and points to add into the research?

• How can I request revision?

  In case you need modifications in the provided services, you can contact our team or apply for the same through the Rapid Collaborate panel.

• Does it cost additional charges to get the revisions done?

  No, the revisions do not charge any additional cost if the topic and research purpose stays the same. On the contrary, if you need to change the research objectives and topic, then it is considered as a fresh research and charges accordingly.

• What is the time frame of applying for revision?

  You can apply for revision anytime within the time frame of six months to avail the free of cost revision. However, after six months additional charges will be applied according to the requirements.

• What if I am still unsatisfied with the revisioned work?

  Although we make sure to amend the service as per your suggestions, still if you see points which need to be revised once again then we can provide you another round of revision considering your dissatisfaction is related to the current research scope.

• How would I know that you made revisions?

  We provide a revisioned file in track changes mode so that you can say the places we added or omitted to fit your requirements. After going through those changes, you can accept or reject them as per you like.

• How long does it take to get the revisioned work?

  We understand the core reasons for why the revision is required so that we can go through it thoroughly. Depending on the length of the research work and the corrections, the revision can take 3-10 business days.

• Is refund applicable on the rejection of the thesis?

  We are sorry but no, there is no refund in case the thesis or synopsis do not get accepted. However, we can make modifications in the work as per the corrections suggested and do revisions again and again until it fits the criteria.

• Do you refund the payment in case of dissatisfaction?

  No, we do not refund money in case of dissatisfaction. These services are subjective and might not always fit the expectations of the researchers. However, we are willing to provide revisions as per your inputs and reviews. Also, we can connect you with the expert directly to share your views on the work and understand their process as well.

• Is refund applicable in case I do not like the topic suggestions?

  No, in case you are not satisfied with the topics, our experts provide you with more suggestions for the same.

• How much portion of the charge is refundable if I cancel my order?

  If you cancel immediately or maximum within 24 hours of placing the order and paying in advance, we provide upto 90% of the amount after the deduction made for payment gateway. This is applicable if the service is not delivered or was not scheduled for urgent delivery (1-3 days turnaround time).

• How to apply for a refund?

  You can contact our team for the same and tell them the reason for cancellation. Depending on the criteria and timeline of refund you fit in, our team will guide you with further proceeding.

• How long does it take to receive the refunded money?

  It takes the normal time period to receive the refund. As soon as you qualify the refund policy, we make an immediate refund as promised. Therefore it may take a total of 10-12 business days for receiving the refund payment.

• Do you sign a confidentiality agreement?

  Yes, we sign a non-disclosure agreement in which we put the clauses of not revealing or leaking any information of the candidate or researcher whether it is personal or professional with any third party.

• What measures do you opt to ensure data security?

  We delete all the data after sixty days of submitting the work with you to make sure that it will not be used anywhere else. We keep the data for this long in case you need any modifications or changes in the services.

• Do you outsource the data services from third parties?

  No, we do not outsource any services from outside. We have in-house subject matter experts, editors and scholars who provide writing, editing and proofreading services. For data analysis and interpretation and software implementation services, we have software developers as well.

Payment Methods

• What are the acceptable payment methods?

  We accept all the payment methods including debit card, credit card, net banking, or other online payment options like UPI ids to ensure maximum flexibility and satisfaction.

• Do you accept payment in installments?

  We have three modes of accepting payments; all at once, in two transactions, and the third chapter-wise. With the first payment option, we also offer a 10% discount.

• What if the balance got debited from my side and didn’t reach your account?

  In case, the payment has been made from your end and didn’t reach our end. We check for the possible reasons and try to help you with appropriate solutions. Usually, the payment related issues get solved within 3 business days.

• Do you provide a plan of work before making payment?

  Before the payment mode, we give a brief about the scope of the project and a unique reference id for the service quote to give you an idea about our work procedure.

• Will I receive an invoice?

  Yes, we provide an invoice for the payment made.

• Can I make payment after the services are done?

  No, we are sorry for that but you can pay half of the sum while placing the order and half of the amount later. You can also choose to pay chapter by chapter for the writing and editing services. For more details, you can contact our team.
